Who We Are
Founded in 1987 by Timothy Zaremba in Cleveland, Ohio, but tracing its roots all the way back to 1921, ZMC has grown to personally manage over 5,200 apartment units and 250,000 sq. ft. of office space across multiple states. Today, we carry forward the Zaremba family’s tradition of award-winning standards of excellence, ensuring that every resident, partner, and team member thrives within our dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

A Century of Commitment.
1921
The Story of Zaremba Management Company dates back to 1921, when Alex Zaremba started a home remodeling firm in Cleveland, Ohio.
1925
After World War I, the Zaremba family built over 6,000 brick bungalows for returning veterans.
1942
Walter A. Zaremba continued in his father’s footsteps by developing quality homes and commercial properties.
1987
Walter, Nathan and Timothy, carried on the family tradition with their involvement in various real estate and commercial properties.
1988
Zaremba’s dedication to quality living led to creating Zaremba Management Company, with Timothy Zaremba at the helm, to continue the tradition to present-day and provide their residents with the same level of care they brought to the development process.
2018
Siara Management merged with Zaremba Management, expanding the portfolio to New York and Pennsylvania.

Joshua
Zaremba
Joshua Zaremba is a fourth generation Zaremba working in the field of construction, management, and renovation of real estate. His interest in the family business was sparked by working next to his father, Timothy Zaremba. For over 25 years, Joshua has been involved in multiple facets of the business, from collections to multifamily renovation projects and capital asset management. Today, he is focused on overseeing all aspects of the operation.

Jennifer
Leinweber Ritz
Jennifer has been with ZMC since 1988. She is responsible for the daily operations, marketing and leasing efforts at the managed communities and the due diligence and transitioning of new properties into our portfolio. Jennifer has had numerous roles within the company from site level management to Director of Marketing and Employee Training to VP. She holds a degree from Eastern Kentucky University. When not working, she appreciates spending time with her husband, two dogs and family. She has long been involved in all aspects of community theatre and is currently an active board member for the Rabbit Run Community Arts Association.
Robert
Fyffe
Robert joined ZMC in April 2018 after Zaremba Management acquired Siara Management where he was the VP. He has over 30 years of property management, asset management and development experience. Over the years, he has served in the position of Property Manager, Regional Manager, Director of Operations and Vice President. Robert oversees the operations, facility management and capital projects for our residential and commercial properties. Robert earned his bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and is a licensed Ohio Real Estate Broker. Outside of work he cheers on The Ohio State football team and enjoys golf and time away with family at their cabin in Pennsylvania.

Edwards
Director of Finance
Reese joined ZMC in 2025 as the Director of Finance. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche and has held financial management and controllership roles at public and private companies in a multitude of industries, from multinational industrial manufacturers to a local craft whiskey distillery. He has extensive experience in operational finance, consolidations and reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Reese is a Tulane University graduate and a CPA in the state of Ohio. Outside of work, he enjoys seeing live music, campfires and traveling with his wife and two children.

Wourms
Andrew joined ZMC in 2018 and has over 20 years of Human Resources experience in retail and the commercial and multi-family real estate industries. He is responsible for overseeing people operations and talent management strategy for the Company. Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in business from The Ohio State University. In his free time, Andrew enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, coaching his son’s sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

Senior Regional Manager
Yvonne joined ZMC in 2019 and serves as a Regional Property Manager. She is currently responsible for the daily operations, support, and management of our apartment communities in North Carolina and Virginia. She is a Certified Apartment Manager and has earned a Master of Business Administration and Marketing degree from Liberty University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for New Lease on Life through the Triangle Apartment Association. In her spare time, Yvonne enjoys spending time with her husband and family, cooking, traveling, and walking her three dogs.

Regional Manager
Todd was an operations manager for over 22 years before transitioning to residential property management with Siara Management in 2010 and then with ZMC in 2018. He is the Regional Property Manager for the Ohio portfolio of both residential and commercial properties. Todd enjoys going to car shows and is an avid Cleveland Browns fan.

Regional Manager
Jacquelyn joined the ZMC team in 2021 after gaining years of experience in the apartment industry as a Leasing Consultant, Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager. Jacquelyn served as a Senior Property Manager with Zaremba Management in the North Carolina region before moving to the Cleveland area. She is originally from New York where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in nursing before embarking on her apartment management career. She now serves as a Regional Property Manager for part of the ZMC Ohio region. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her wife and spending time with her two dogs, family, and friends.
Kimberly
Williams
Kimberly joined ZMC in 2019 and currently serves as a Regional Property Manager for the North Carolina communities. Her career in property management began in 2011 as a Leasing Consultant and quickly advanced to a Community Director, where she managed lease-ups across California’s Central Valley. Kimberly holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband and maintaining an active, on-the-go lifestyle.

Regional Maintenance Director
Lee started out in the multifamily industry in 2013 as a Maintenance Technician. He joined the ZMC team in 2017 as a maintenance technician at Bridlewood Apartments, then served as the Maintenance Director at Fairview Village Apartments from 2020 to 2026. He now represents ZMC as the Regional Maintenance Director. In his spare time Lee enjoys his family, two dogs and is an avid gardener.
